How to Earn FunCoin Points
- First, sign up as a Green World Hotels reservation member. (Click here to enter registration page)
- After logging in, link your FunNow member phone number at the bottom of the Member Profile page to start accumulating FunCoins. Please note: You must already have a FunNow App account with a completed phone number profile.
Where to fill in phone number in FunNow App: Open FunNow App → Account (bottom right) → Profile → Contact Phone → Mobile Verification - If you do not have a FunNow App account, please download the FunNow App and register with the same phone number. After completing verification, you can redeem points on your next booking.
Point Issuance & Redemption Limit
- Earn 1 point for every NT$10 spent on room rate. 1 point = NT$1, redeemable up to 10% of total room price. Example: If room rate is NT$1,800, you get 180 points upon check-out. If your next booking is NT$1,700, you can redeem 170 points, leaving 10 points in your balance.
- Amounts under NT$10 will not earn points. Example: If room rate is NT$1,799, you earn 179 points.
Point Issuance Timing
→ Points are issued within 3 days after check-out.
How to Check Point Balance
→ Check on FunNow platform or view available balance during payment on Green World Hotels booking page.
Point Validity Period
→ Points are valid for 6 months from issuance. If unused, all points expire after 6 months. However, making a new room booking extends the expiration date of all accumulated points.
Point Refund Policy
- If cancelled on check-in day or in case of a No-Show, redeemed points will not be refunded.
- If cancelled at least 1 day prior to check-in, all redeemed points will be fully refunded.

In response to Apple's updated App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1 on Data Privacy and User Control) announced at WWDC, third-party apps are required to offer an easier account deletion option to give users greater control over their personal data.
Starting January 31, 2022, all apps allowing account creation on the App Store must also permit users to initiate account deletion directly within the app.
