Registered Member Qualifications (Meet any one of the following conditions):

1. Register and book via the official website, with at least one successful completed stay.
2. Membership remains permanently valid upon successful registration application.

1. Exclusive VIP room discount when booking online via the official website (applicable only to the member's own stay).
2. Bonus points reward program.

 

Gold Member Qualification (Meet any one of the following conditions):

1. Accumulated spending of NT$15,000 or more on bookings made via the official website within the year prior to upgrade.
2. At least 3 successful completed stays booked via the official website within the year prior to upgrade.
3. Accumulated stay of 5 nights or more booked via the official website within the year prior to upgrade.

 

Gold Member Exclusive Benefits:

1. VIP Birthday Gift: Receive a complimentary exquisite birthday gift upon check-in during your birthday month.
2. Exclusive VIP room discount when booking via the official website (applicable only to the member's own stay).
3. Early check-in at 14:00 and late check-out until 13:00 on the day of check-out for official website bookings (subject to room availability).
4. Free calls to Taiwan landlines (excluding mobile phones).
5. Bonus points reward program.

 

Gold Membership Renewal:

1. Accumulated spending of NT$15,000 or more on official website bookings within the valid Gold membership year.
2. At least 3 completed stays via official website bookings within the valid Gold membership year.
3. At least 5 nights stayed via official website bookings within the valid Gold membership year.
4. Fulfilling any one of the above conditions will automatically renew Gold membership for one year and retain all Gold member benefits. Members who do not meet the renewal criteria will revert to Registered Member status upon expiration.

 

VIP Member Bonus Points Redemption & Scope:

1. Points Redemption: To reward VIP members, a bonus points program is offered. Members can redeem points earned from room consumption to offset room charges when booking directly with the hotel or via the official website, with up to 100% room rate coverage.

 

2. Points Earning & Value:

• Earn 1 bonus point for every NT$100 spent on room rates.
• 1 bonus point equals NT$1 in room fee credit.
• Points can only be earned on bookings made directly via the hotel or official website; bookings through third-party channels are not eligible for earning or redeeming points.
• The portion of room fees redeemed with bonus points is not eligible for earning additional points.
• The amount offset by bonus points is considered a hotel promotional discount and will not be eligible for invoice issuance.

 

3. Points Credit & Validity: Bonus points will be credited after check-out and will take effect the following day. Points generated within the current year are valid until the end of the following year.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet the membership threshold to apply.
2. Guest bookings without membership are not eligible for bonus point accumulation.
3. VIP member benefits are strictly non-transferable and limited to the member only. ID verification is required upon check-in.
4. Room discounts apply exclusively to the room occupied by the member.
5. The hotel reserves the right to modify membership qualification criteria and benefit details, which will be announced on the official website without prior notice.
